My beloved cat, Stanley, my Ragdoll, had been throwing up for the last two days.  I thought it was just a hairball, but now I feel he needs to visit the vet.  Everything he eats or drinks come back up.  He’s lost weight and definitely is not feeling well.  Yesterday he laid on Sister’s lap for almost 30 minutes.  That is so unlike him.  He is not a lap cat at all.  I’m worried.  We have a 3:30 appointment.  I am praying everything will be all right.

Right now, the weather has taken a downward spiral.  It is so cold, and the wind chill is 7 degrees.  Burrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.  I’ll have to wrap Stanley in a blanket to keep him warm.  Sister will hold him in the car on the way to the vet’s clinic.

I just finished a Patricia Cornwell novel.  I’ve never read a novel written by her before.  It was interesting, and I gleaned an interesting amount about autopsies from it.  It is written in the first person, which normally I don’t care for, but did not read as such.  I enjoyed the book even though it was published in 1990.  DNA has come a long way since then.  I am currently reading a John Sandford novel.  I have enjoyed his books prior to his one and hope to enjoy this latest.

Studying other books to learn about marketing as I know so little and need to learn a lot.  Wish me luck.

I have to get ready to go to the vet.  Say a prayer for my Stanley.  He is a sweet loving kitty and I don’t want to lose him.

Everyone have a great weekend and stay safe.  Remember, NEVER GIVE UP, NEVER SURRENDER.
