Well I think Bella the Belgian has a new home. A man came into the shelter, took one look at her and took her home for a two week trial. I pray it works out for her.
We got a phone call Saturday morning about Hubs’ sister. Seems she fell down her basement stairs on Sunday, managed to crawl up to her kitchen that evening and was not found until sometime on Monday. She has two good breaks in her pelvis and is beaten and banged up, but the dr’s think she will be all right. The biggest concern now is her heart rate. It shot up to around 139 bpm and stayed there. When we saw her yesterday, the rate was down to 99 and they were talking about putting in a pacemaker.
This day is just he way I feel. Gray, dreary, and sad. I can’t wait for it to be over. But then we have rain moving in, so things are not going to get any better.
I hope things are going well for all of you, and your writing is coming along well. You all take it easy and we’ll talk later.
