It is hard to believe that in the last few days, I have written on THE STONE KILLER an average of 2,000 to 3,000 words a day. That has not been in a single sitting, but with breaks in between. One night I got out of bed at 1:00 a.m. and turned my computer on because a scene wouldn’t let me go to sleep until I typed it into the computer. I feel like I have become obsessed about writing. There are times, I can’t seem to stop pounding my keyboard. The story just seems to keep pouring out of my brain and I have to type the information in the system before I can hope to rest. I guess when the word are flowing, it’s best to keep writing.
I have a list of things on my desk that have to be included to resolve all questions and issues. When my partner/sister starts the editing process, she will look for anything I have left out or needs added, and will tell me what makes sense and what doesn’t. I am thankful that the finish of this novel is within sight.
I doubt I’ll get much of a break, because THE RECKONING is chomping at the bit to be told. It will be the second in the Jonas Black series. It will be an eye opener for certain guilty people who have escaped justice. The guilty always receive their due punishment at some point.
I haven’t formulated a book cover for THE RECKONING yet, but I’ll try for one that will be as dramatic as THE STONE KILLER. Wish me luck.

I typed the last line to THE STONE KILLER only minutes ago. I also called my sister to let her know it will be on its way to her for her marvelous job of editing and her valuable input on making changes to the storyline. While she is fixing all my mistakes, I will be working on the storyline for THE RECKONING. Hopefully, we will have the perfect book cover created for the novel and another book for you to look forward to.
